Credit packs are one-time purchases in US dollars. They are not subscriptions, do not renew automatically, and do not authorize future purchases. Credits do not expire, and we do not charge inactivity fees.
What a credit buys
From our Terms of Service, Section 6:
Credits pay for features in the Service. Grading a resume against one job description costs 1 credit. Rewrite Mode costs 3 credits for a guided Cici interview that produces suggested resume edits. Loading 25 additional jobs costs 1 credit; that credit is returned if no new jobs are found. Re-grading costs 1 credit after the included first free re-grade. Auto-mode grading costs 1 credit per resume graded. Other actions may also require credits. Before you confirm an action, we show its credit cost; for an auto-mode batch, we show the number of resumes and the total credit cost before you authorize the batch. These charges remain subject to the protections for existing purchased credits in Section 10.
